I came across these images from fashion illustrator Natasha Shaloshvili the other day, and completely fell in love. I could use a few of these to hang in my office. I love how she uses Iconic brands and images and puts her own spin on them, and I especially love her illustrated still life editorials, might be better than the real thing!
So its been a little too long since I last posted, but I had to share this new designer find! I don’t remember how I came across Erin Murphy’s work, but I was so excited when I did. Her collection EM Reservoir mixes beautiful beading and delicate layering with luxe prints. Its the perfect mix of effortless luxury, which is no surprise given Erin’s pedigree having worked for the likes of Vera Wang and J. Mendel, Narciso Rodriguez and Alexander Wang. This is how I want to dress everyday.
Happy Monday! I spent pretty much the whole weekend inside due to a pretty bad cold, but I’m finally feeling better! and these images from DV Mode featuring model, Asa Engstrom photographed by Frederik Wannerstedt, made me feel a little better. I love the intense shadows mixed with luxe fabrics and vibrant colors. have a great week! xx
Happy Turkey Day! I’m so in love with these sweaters I had to do another post on them!! here are some cute ways to wear your cropped sweater, whether out during the weekend, to a holiday party or to work, you’ll be warm and cozy and very fashionable!
Anyone who knows me can attest to my love of the chunky cropped knit sweater, and boy was this my season!!! it seems like everywhere I’ve looked each designer has their own versions of my favorite, in gorgeous brights to perfect neutrals and vibrant prints. Not only is it warm but versatile too, and isn’t that the killer combo you’re always searching for in a sweater?? I like to pair mine with girly skirts for a put together cool look or skinny jeans on the weekends..but the possibilities are seriously endless. I’ve been stocking up, hope you do too!
I came across this today on Papermoss‘ (they did my wedding invites) blog, and I had to share. I love flowers, but I have to admit, I’m pretty clueless when it comes to naming them (I’m pretty sure I had to sketch some of the flowers I wanted for my florist because I had no idea what they were called). Whether you’re buying a bouquet for someone you love or planning for your big day, or any other big event this is a great starting off point. Enjoy, and happy friday!! xx

It’s seriously and officially fall! the leaves are changing, the air is crisp and cool, and I could not be happier! Any true fashion girl is in love with fall, and all the wonderful fashion opportunities that come with it (sweaters, coats and layering galore). Anyway if you checked out this post from a shoot I styled, I wanted to share some clothes inspired by it. Enjoy! xx
I wanted to share this amazing short film “Plurality” that my lovely sister Samantha starred in (she’s both of the female leads) in case you don’t catch that. You’ll just have to watch it to understand what I mean. I couldn’t be more proud! I must say though, if this is what the future holds for fashion, its a pretty grim reality indeed…
Well it’s official…I’m back, back to the real world, but still dreaming of our amazing honeymoon in Mauritius. Here are some fun highlights including the craziest, brightest rasberries you’ve ever seen. I’m pretty sure colors were just more vibrant there.
